This medicine is used for treating male sexual function problems (impotence or erectile dysfunction-ED). Tadalafil is also used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs).
This medicine is also used to treat symptoms of an allergic reaction known as a rashes. It can be given as a pill, taken orally, or a liquid, with or without food, depending on the amount given. The rashes should disappear within 4 to 6 hours. If not treated, your symptoms may return.
This medicine is for use by adult males only. It is not intended as a replacement for careful observation or treatment. If you notice any of the following effects while taking this medicine, tell your doctor immediately.
Sudden vision loss in one or both eyes. Severe chest pain. Rapid pulse or irregular heartbeat. Chest pain that is worse in one side than in the other. Shortness of breath. Seizures. Stroke. Vision problems, such as trouble telling blue and green colors apart. Very rare skin rash.

The symptoms of this condition can include your stomach feeling sick (stomach bloating, vomiting), you losing your appetite, and a bad taste in your mouth. If this happens, get medical help right away.
This medicine is used to treat symptoms of an enlarged prostate gland (benign prostatic hyperplasia). Tell your doctor if you have any enlargement of the prostate. Ask your doctor about how to manage this condition.
This medicine may rarely cause a severe allergic reaction. This is more common in people who have a weakened immune system and are taking medicines such as corticosteroids (such as Prednisone) or epinephrine (such as Epinephrine). Stop taking tadalafil and get medical help right away if you notice this reaction. Get medical help right away if you notice any rash, swelling of the face or throat, or difficulty breathing or wheezing.
This medicine can also cause a severe liver problem known as liver failure. Stop taking tadalafil and get medical help right away if you notice any of the following symptoms of liver problems: feeling very thirsty, you are more hungry, you are more sweating, you have a short breath, you notice that your breath smells like coffee grounds, you are more tired, you have a pain in your chest, you are very breathless, you are very sweaty, you are having a seizure.
This medicine may rarely cause a severe liver problem known as liver failure known as liver necrosis.
This medicine can also cause a severe skin reaction known as Stevens Johnson Syndrome (SJS). This reaction can be very serious and lead to very serious medical problems. Stop taking tadalafil and get medical help right away if you notice any of the following symptoms of skin skin reaction: skin rash, blisters, peeling, swollen, red or dark-red skin. This reaction can be severe and last for a long time (up to 4 weeks). Get medical help right away if you notice any of the following symptoms of liver failure: fever, chills, swelling of the face, throat, lungs, skin, eyes, and skin. This reaction can be fatal.
This medicine can also cause a severe allergic reaction known as Reiter’s syndrome. This reaction can be very serious and may include: skin rash, itching, swelling of the face, throat, lips, tongue, and airways.
1.Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate): Cialis and nitrates both lower blood pressure. Taking them together can cause a significant and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypotension), leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke. It is contraindicated to use Cialis with nitrates or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrites).
2.Alpha-blockers (e.g., prazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin): Both Cialis and alpha-blockers relax blood vessels, which can lead to excessive blood pressure reduction when used together. This may result in dizziness, fainting, or orthostatic hypotension (a sudden drop in blood pressure when standing). If needed, your doctor may adjust the dosage or recommend spacing the medications.
3.Other antihypertensive drugs (e.g., atenolol, propranolol, enalapril, lisinopril): Cialis can enhance the blood-pressure-lowering effects of these medications. While this interaction is usually less severe than with nitrates or alpha-blockers, it can still cause dizziness or fainting in sensitive individuals. Close monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.

Alpha-blockers can interact with Cialis and increase the blood pressure-lowering effects of the medication.
